Sumit Malhotra, Sony Ericsson’s Global Marketing Manager, has been playing around with the Xperia X10 handset and posted his own sample photos on the SE Product Blog.

These new pics follows the first sample photos we saw from Rikard Skogberg. The difference this time round is that we have some nighttime pictures of New York included that really show off the imaging capabilities of the device. Given that they were taken with pre-release firmware, it’s encouraging to know that they can only get better! Check out some of the pictures after the jump.
