Sony Ericsson has confirmed that the Xperia X10 Android handset will see a Japanese launch. NTT DoCoMo will carry the phone as the “Smartphone Xperia.” The rest of the phone remains the same and will launch in April.

We came across a video of one the handsets being used at the launch event. It may just be me, but the whole interface seems to have sped up by a notch. Check it out after the break.
