Vodafone has a placeholder page for the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 on its site, confirming that the Android smartphone will be heading to the operator in April. The release date has been moving around the place, but the evidence is pointing to an April release for most mobile carriers.
No pricing or specific dates were given but hopefully that will come shortly. In line with the sim-free pricing, I can’t see the Xperia X10 coming cheap and I would expect it to be marketed as a premium device. Hopefully, we’ll hear on specifics at the Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona that kicks off on 15th February.

I received an email from t-mobile loyalty team, stating that the X10 will be available through them on 29th March 2010, about 2 days earlier than Vodafone.
