Xperia X8 rooted plus first review pops up

in Firmware, Reviews, Xperia X8

Xperia X8GSM Arena came out with the first review for the Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 earlier this week. The handset was praised for its size, balanced features and price tag. However, they felt that in the face of weak competition it doesn’t really have the wow factor. They also felt that Sony Ericsson was shooting itself in the foot by taking so long with Android upgrades. In other news, the Xperia X8 has now been rooted, you can check out the full instructions over at xda-developers.

Hey, just wondering if any of you guys could help me with my new xperia x8. My problems is that my brother originally bought it and installed som games and stuff that i don’t want on it anymore – but i can’t figure out how to delete them. Tried to get the unstaller app and it only works on the apps i’ve installed on the phone. Any advices?

@ Nanna:
The only way to delete those unwanted apps from the phone that came with it is to root it. Beware that rooting your phone voids the warranty!
