invisibleshield for the x10

has anyone tried these yet? been looking into them for a few days and i'm getting alot of mixed reports. anything from worst thing ever too can't live without? i've ordered one as well as some cheaper protectors incase i'm not happy with it.

Are you looking at them just for the screen or the whole body one?

I've not needed to purchase a screen protector given the one pre-applied and one in the box. Normally I go Martin Fields ones, the best I've used!

Full body one, it turned up yesterday. I tested some on my glass table first and was happy with it so its now fitted:-) quite easy tbh, has left the phone with a nice feel to it and its a little less slippery.

Yeah i got that one, but the little piece on the side almost completely removed the plastic from the screen as i was putting it in my pocket.

I really can't wait to see some accessories for the X10 coming out. Hopefully i can keep it scratch-free until then.

Ah I see, invisibleshield are good but normally I prefer to use Martin Fields. They cost extra but are worth it imo, they seem longer lasting and maintain their finish longer than other brands.

i had one on my Iphone 3g for a long time and it worked very well. The most important thing is to take your time putting it on cause if any of the corners are not secured properly then it will start to peel. I should be getting the one that i ordered for my x10 any day now so i will update once i install.

just installed the full coverage invisible shield from zagg on my X10 and i am very impressed the coverage is very good and the fit is perfect i will try and get some pics to post.

I bought my shield from cretouch.com which is awesome in quality. I know invisibleshield is old timer in making protection films for cellphones, but in my opinion, its better than invisibleshield because the film is very thin and clear.

update: i installed my invisashield on May 4th i have since removed the one on the face of the phone as I found out that the phone already has a shield on the screen, an issue that i have noticed is that on my X10 that is white is that the invisibleshield on the back part of the phone is not so invisible any more in fact it is sort of yellowish, and looks pretty crappy. I guess on a black handset this would not be a problem. has anyone else with a white phone tried another protective shield and had this issue??

There are so many different products available. My X10 did NOT come with screen protector. That was literally the first thing I bought for the phone before I walked out the door. Yesterday it paid for itself when my X10 hit the pavement Now my protector has a nasty scuff on it right at top dead center! I also use skins I got from ebay. Looking around net, there are many available including ones you design yourself with image of your own choice.
