Today My Beta Rockplayer stopped working and then sent me to the APP market to downlaod a newer version. Only now that won't play Unless I buy.
Does anyone know of any free DIVX players I can get at all or will I have to buy RP?

Yes, RockPlayer is now out of beta and you can download it from the Market (get the ARM7 version for the X10), but it's still "free". There are ads and a nag screen now - just press the button labeled "Back" to exit out of the nag screen. If you buy it, you get rid of the ads, the nag screen and the "R" in the corner. By the way, it's USD 9.99.
They claim that the ARM7 version is 30% faster than the beta, but I found that it played slower on some XviD videos. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

They issued an update already and it plays a lot smoother now. I just might have to buy it.
