is anyone having this problem too:
if you try to call someone by selecting and calling from contacts in phone book, the phone just ended the call. but if you dial the numbers manually, the call works...

I had that problem a few times. Don't remember how I fixed it. Reboot and/or uninstall recently installed apps? Clear cache? Resynch contacts maybe too?

Weird, I actually got an email that prompted my attention to the post and I never looked at date. I'm rocking a 32 GB SGS3 and I love it. No changes planned for another year or two. Those new quad core phones look sweet though. LTE connection faster than my home internet lol. Merry Christmas JayJ!

No LTE here yet, one of the main four carriers is starting in major cities but the others won't be rolling anything out until mid next year. That means where I live we won't get anything until at least the end of the 2013...
I'm bored of my S2 and after owning the Nexus 7 I decided my next device had to be a Nexus, spoilt with timely major updates on a Google device. Add the awesome price, awesome spec and Android 4.2 I just couldn't resist...
I wouldn't be due for an update until I think Oct 2013 so this is a great stop gap before we get LTE.
