How to edit permission to enable file copy to phone Dir?

Dear all members,

I have managed to root my X10 from the below link :

However, I am still unable to copy file to overwrite the YouTube.apk file in the /system/app folder of the phone directory, can anyone advise how I can do it, thanks.

You'll have to remount the partition in read-write mode before copying your file. Use adb to do this (personnally, I connect to my x10i through ssh).
Then type : mount -o rw,remount /system
