XPeria X10 (2010 set)

Hi, system info in my Xperia X10 (set purchased in X10 when it was launched first) is showing upgrade available to Android 2.3.X and asks me to do so via PC Companion. When i access phone via PC Companion it also show handset is ready for 2.3.X upgrade...when i follow the steps the final step before the upgrade does not seem to activate (the "NEXT" button is always grey - meaning cannot click on it to process the upgrade).

Any help or clue to what is happening...?

Have you ticked the Terms & conditions?

Are you using PC Companion or SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service)?

Honesty, I have no idea whether SEUS works any longer but many found it more reliable than PCC so give it a try.
