Back up and Restore gone?!

Backed Up phone this morning then updated to GingerBread
Cant seem to find back up and restore ????

any help would be greatly appreciated

1.Download the supported Backup and Restore app to your PC using this link:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=I5CJUPJV. Transfer the apk file to your SD storage

2. To install it, you need to change the settings on your phone. Go to Settings, then click on Applications, then check Unknown Sources. This will allow you to download app available from sources other than the Android Market.

3. On your phone, download 'IO File Manager' via the Marketplace.

4. Use OI File Manager to find 'back up and restore. Tap on it, then install.
