BLUETOOTH WILL NOT TURN ON!

Dont know if anyone else had had the same problem but my bluetooth wont turn on any more. If you select the option to turn it on it seems to think about it for a few seconds, then the bluetooth logo flashes on for a split second and then turns off again with no bluetooth!
Any help would be appreciated.
