Gingerbread App Drawer Problem

I've got a problem which I don't know if it's just mine or all of us who updated to Gingerbread. I sorted apps in app drawer the way I want, but after I connect phone to pc via usb, all apps installed on sd move to the last page of app list. Is there any solution how to make apps stay on the pages where I put them?
