home screen turns on by itself

i hv been using xperia x10 mini for an year and had no problems since one week only that the home screen lights on by itself...it is reducing my battery level very much for which i hv to charge for more than once...kindly help..i hv tried doing all possibilities only that i hv a doubt that..i had downloaded the pink butterfly live wall paper..could it be because of that?

Try a standard wallpaper and see if the problem reoccurs.
