network unlock code i have it BUT

phone is on o2 requested unlock code and recieved today via o2 by email, however i have tried 2 different sims, orange and voda booted phone up but will not go to unlock screen just says no sim inserted, tried a software reinstall through companion but no joy. getting frustrated now lol anybody help me . thanks.

sorted just tried a new voda micro sim with adapter, and its unlocked already without code. was unlocked from new and i did not know no wonder unlock screen never showed. other 2 sims i tried must have been dodgy but they worked in a toco lite strange.

Hi, i think you are not following the instruction..every phone has some unique procedure, you need to follow that..you didn't mentioned your phone model..its ok, you visit Theunlockspot . here browse through the link "SUPPORTED PHONES" ..it is basically a unlock provider, so you go upto payment step, there you will be finding procedure to unlock your phone....you follow that , you can unlock your phone..if you couldn't unlock , the code may be wrong, then you can get the correct code can be get through this provider...
