for my taste that was too much, and to bright background...
i like black backgrounds with "less"

i use only 3 homescreens with few things on them, nothing really that drains battery...

I know my home screens are crowed... but I like the information to be available readily than you know... open the app.... etc.

Hi guys, quick message for JayJ...in your first post on page 1 you have a screenshot of your notificatyion screen and I'm wondering, what app did you use to display all the info there (battery meter, sd card memory free ram etc)? Done a Google search but can't find anythingthat says it'll do that and it's driving me nuts! Thanks in advance...

I think it was called SysMonitor, available on the AM mate.

EDIT- The battery notification was a different app, it's called Battery Monitor. Hope this helps!

@jayj really like your theme in the your first post where did you get the wallpaper and how did you change the icons to the neon blue colour?

At the time I had 1.6 and I was running ADW Launcher and I had the ADW Tron Theme but I just used ADW Custom Shortcuts to skin the shortcut icons.

Okay, as promised, some screenshots. My OCD got the better of me today and I had to reorganise my homescreens and tidy them up, so everything is very....normal...at the moment. Give it till the end of the week and the truckloads of widgets and icons will be back...


My main screen in ADW. Quite boring but functional, with Extended Control widget...



A flick to the left and it's my Facebook widget, complete with Smoked Glass skin, and my ADW dockbar on show at the bottom...



To the left again and it's my Switch screen with some single widgets courtesy of Extended Controls. As of about 5 minutes ago, this has a bunch morew toggle widgets and icons on it, but I couldn't be bothered to re-screenshot it!



To the right of my Main screen, PowerAmp widget (Any fans note that I was rocking out to Orgy tunes earlier today!), my Dolphin Broswer bookmark widget (very handy) and the cool neon Search bar that came with the Tron ADW theme I'm using...



Not sure why I included this but...my App Drawer. The dots at the top say it's 5 pages, but that is just one category out of 4. Yes, I am an app hoarder.

So that's it, my deceptively organised homescreens. For now. I'll crack by Saturday and the mess will return...
Any feedback?

OK so I really can't stop changing things up and here is my latest homescreens, my phone is on Android 2.1 and I'm using Launcher Pro Plus with just three screens. I've manually uninstalled allot of bloatware, infact most that can safely be removed.

Beautiful Widgets
Mobile Signal Widget Pro
Extended Controls
Audio Manager Pro
Tapatalk Pro

I'm still using Chewitt's Dark10 theme but replaced the framework-res.apk with one by Shukula also from XDA Developers Forum.
I'm really happy with it, atm anyway.

Nice desktop! Looks like a lot of time when in for the customization!

I agree with you on the 3 Screens as I also changed to 3 screens recently cutting down a lot of widgets that I posted, yet keeping the useful ones still around.
