Give it some time, it needs to build the Dalvik cache.
Did you do as Z suggested and clear the Dalvik cache using xRecovery?
Also try running Quadrant again, depending on the running background services/tasks it will improve. 715 is a little low for X10 Optimized JIT v2, mines around the 800 mark but does score lower at times. The benchmark my sig is my highest to date.
