VOdafone do a great TV thing. (UK)

You'll need Vodafone, and its about £3 for some poo channels
or £5 for some more
or £10 whatever all of them

its free ie no download charges and its about 10 secs behind normal terrestiral tv, but on 3g

I had the £3 version, it works well, but when i want to watch it its crap daytime tv, Jeremy kyle/Loose women, decide really when you want to watch TV

At home i have a real tv.

You get BBC 1 and 2, occasionally three when it works BBC news, ITV 1 & 2 and five although five can be sporadic. For a free no download required site it's great.

There is now a mobile version of the iphone site tvcatchup. Its pretty good. You have to log in but once you do i have no complaints, BBC 1 & 2, Channel 4,5 E4 and FIVER. Plus a few more I've forgotten.
