I purchased Xperia X10 mini pro 4-11-2010. One morning I just restarted phone and its not booting. It showing sony ericsson logo and not going further.

I had purchased it from Dubai and currently I am in india. Sony Ericsson authorised service centeres are refusing to service it under warrenty. I agreed to pay but still they are not able to correct it.
It looks like we need to flash the ROM again after that it will be ok. But authorised service center's people are not able to do it.

Please help me, how can i do it?

Search the forum how to do a repair of the firmware.

All you need to do is to connect your phone in "Flash" Mode and use your PC installed with Sony Ericsson Update Service (SEUS) from Sony Ericsson and follow the on-screen instructions.

PS: Read the forum rules and post your issues/questions under respective sections of the forum.

PS: By doing this, you will loose what you have in your phone (Your contacts, messages, etc. But your memory card information will still be there). I'm not liable in anyway for this and to me this is the only way you can get back the phone to working state at the moment.

Connect the USB cable to your PC (PC End) and then hold the back key (the last key on the right side with an Arrow) and connect the other end to your X10 mini. This will enable flash mode. The green light indicates that the phone is in "Flash" mode.

Before doing the above, make sure your PC is installed with SEUS and you run the program, agree to the message (Read it before you agree), then select your phone from the list.

Follow the above "Connect..." steps and when the SEUS says that you have the latest version installed, do a repair firmware.

Hope you get your phone back.

Yeah I agree with Prathaban it sounds like a software or hardware issue and if you do the sw flash and the problem is recurrent then it's a hardware problem.
I can't believe an SE Service Centre wouldn't help, a re-flash should be possible. Did they give a reason for not helping more?
Does the just reboot our does it turn off totally? And are you using any task killers?
