Hi peeps,

Can anyone help? My emails on my X10 have been running fine ever since I got the phone and set them up,
basically I get my yahoo emails sent to my phone.

But for some reason now the phone is no longer retrieving messages as it states "cannot connect safely".....eh?
I fired the wifi up on it to see if that would help but still the same message.

Any advice please?

Check with Yahoo to see if they have changed any server settings, especially if the security protocol had changed?

Had a look on the site and everything seems the same on my phone settings....however when I made the phone check the incoming server settings
it is saying "cannot safely connect to server. Not trusted server certificate"

Whats going on here!

Sounds like a problem Yahoo's end, do they have a forum or any such?
You could try deleting the account and then setting it up again.

Got it working finally, went into the account settings on my phone and chose the option ssl all certificates and since choosing this option rather than just ssl it seems to be receiving email now....phew
