CoPilot not installing... where is File Manager?

Hey there people! I have downloaded Copilot and I cleared the download history before installing the program. I was surprise that there is no file manager in this device... I can't access the file I downloaded or am I just being noob?

***I have tried to redownload it and tried to install it, it says : CoPilot could not be installed on this phone. ( btw, I'm using a Xperia x10 mini pro )
