!UNABLE TO SCAN WIFI ERROR!

I bought a xperia X10 mini from dubai about 1.5 years ago,at first it did not have a the market(android market app) but i managed to install the app,but now 2 days ago the wifi was not working every time i turn it on after a moment it goes "unable to scan wifi" what can i do please help me thank you.
