I've pre-order the X10 here in Portugal, it's due to release April, 9th. I don't if this device is coming together. If not, it's worth buying it? A little review from the Admin that has one.

Vodafone have given me 500mB a month free, how much do you think radio is per mB/hour.
That new MW600 is £50 on ebay, wow.
Do any of you know what happened to DVB-M?

Was just saying all the old phones ive ever had had FM receivers.
Kinda missing that, will have to buy a MW600 just hope its up to the task.
Apparently its useable in all PC's/ Phones.
Has it got its own battery? It might last better than the X10's

Last like 2 or 3 days. It has battery and i've pair it with two phones and my PS3 so I assume there will be no problem.

Guys,

Got mine today, paired with with the phone no problems. I had an initial scare with the volume, then realized there are two sets of volume control to be consider.

The phones' volume control for Bluetooth devices, which I've churned up to maximum. This now allows me to use the headset's volume control, which I'm finding a little tricky to activate but easy to control.

The sound quality is on par with the X10, so much so that I can't tell that I'm using the headset. Have had a couple of calls and these have also been very good quality. Top notch device!

Until I tried to skip a track in Mediascape. The MW-600 does not control Mediascape at all. SO annoying. You can't start or stop playback. Or skip or rewind tracks. Is anyone else finding this?

I'd downloaded the excellent "3" player from Android Market for free before and used it successfully with the headset and it works like a charm!

Yep, it controls Mediascape fine. The MW600 is a really nice piece of kit. SE should have included it in every Xperia X10...

Mine only came as a pre-order of the X10 from Rogers. It was exclusive to the online store but i managed to get one at a store, it'll take a while before i receive it in the mail though.

I'vev read a few reviews about it and they say it's an audiophile quality, anyone can confirm that?

I really don't like the one that came with the cellphone...

Noctis: One of the first things you've got to do with it is replace the stock headset. I've been banging on about this for ages. I'm currently using the Sony MDREX 300's, because the sound quality is top notch and because the cable can be shortened.

The second thing to be aware of is that the X10 has variable bluetooth streaming volume. So does the MW-600. Pump the streaming volume to max, as you're not gonna want to get it out of your pocket each time you wanna change the volume, that's why you got it!

I can't tell the difference when I'm streaming music to the MW 600, and I'm very fussy. Enjoy it!

Hi all,

For those that have this device can anyone confirm if it is a FM/AM radio? The specs seem to suggest its only FM yet looking at a few reviews they describe it as FM/AM.

Cheers

I'll have to check and come back to you. The manual only lists FM.
