Battery Charging Problem?

I bought an X10 Mini last Friday and I have been having problems charging while switched off. This has happened with both the stock 2.1 rom and CM6 Mini rom.

Last night for example I went to bed at 1am and at 10am this morning I removed the mains cable switched on the handset and it said 96% charged the charge indicator was on green. It was on charge for 9 hours.

My partner has the same handset and hers is fine.

I re-installed the rom and before that I tried to wipe the battery stats through clockworkmod but it wouldn't wipe.

Should I put the original stock rom back on and return it back to the store I bought it from? Or should I just see how if the problem corrects itself.

I am herry.Topic is very use full.I think many people in this problem.I also in this problem.My charger do complete battery in 2 hours,But i listen a call suddenly my mobile off.I am very worried about my Battery charging problem.What i Do?

Phil, chances are if your missus' doesn't do it then it's the custom ROM you installed, it's actually quite normal because if your phone continued to charge it would kill the battery.
