How can I manage Increasing Ringtone in Xperia X10

Previously in my Nokia phone there was a function of "Increasing Ringtone" which is very useful feature in office enviornment but I could not able to
fine the function in Xperia X10. Can anybody help me how can I apply increasing Ringtone function.
