close application

i'm now user for xperia x10
and i want to know ,how can i close my application
like browser or skype .. etc..

What I understand is that you want an application to close programs running in the background that you're not using, right?

Look a little bit in the market, you'll find some good ones. I used one in the past called "Slapps", it was good at the begining but it become unstable with its updates, s I can't tell you right now wich one is good 'cause I don't use any, I use Go Launcher Ex wich has a program manager and I can close apps with it.

Apps that do not have an exit/close button can be closed several ways, first by pressing the back button several times until the applicaton closes but this can be a pain especially with the likes of browsers or files manager which could take many presses.
Next you can press the "Home" button, this will not close the app as such but force it into the background and will be closed by the systems app manger either once the system has decide this applicaton is no longer required or when RAM is required by another application. You can in theory go into manage applications and "Force close" the app before the system closes it if you choose.
Alternatively you can install an app from the android market like "Quick Exit" which I use and puts an exit button in your notifications, as long as you can pull your notifications down you can tap this to close the app.

The choice is yours and I hope that helped some.

did u try a task manager or killer , make sure u dont ignore the apps u want to close
or u can do it manually to settings>applications>manage applications>and force close the ones u dont need
