Hello guys, is there an app from the market that can clear a blurry picture. If there is one in the market or anywhere else can someone tell me what is called. Thanks guys.

photoshop. i believe it has a sharpen feature. if it doesn't then i'm afraid you would have to use the full featured pc version

try picsay, i have the pro version with more options but the free one should do the trick
