Dual Touch Update - Orange UK

Postby BobbleX10 » Mon May 02, 2011 1:24 pm

I know this is probably a tiresome subject for a lot of people now, but...

Has anyone had the official dual touch update on Orange UK yet?
I had rooted and started using a custom ROM but phone kept restarting all the time.

I done a repair on SEUS which has taken me back to 2.1 update-1. Baseband 2.0.46, Build 2.0.A.0.504

I want to stick with the official updates now as I am a bit of a moron and can't get my head around using the custom roms without problems.
Been in touch with Orange, 2 months ago they told me they had the update and it was being tested, whenever I ask now, they just tell me they have no details on the update at all! starting to get annoying now!

Just flash a generic unbranded firmware and your set to go.

As I said above, I have had problems doing this.
Had trouble with the flashtool and now my PC wont even let me download it again...
