contact manager software?

hi all brand new to android etc, ive searche all over and still vant find the right app.

i want to be able to add/edit etc my contacts manually from my pc through usb to my x10 mini pro, name and numbers will do but a bonus would to be able to do the same with email contacts, calendar etc, even better would be a whole app that can change ringtones/wallpaper, am i asking too much? oh and it has to be free lol
