X10 camera snaps damaged or cutaway.

I bought X10 before 2 months. Its pre-loaded with Android 2.1. From last few days, camera is not working properly. I am not able to understand why it was working properly in first 30-40 days and now some of the snaps are very much damaged or cut away. Please check the file attached and help me to solve this problem.
