I Bricked my x10 and whenever you turn it on, it just gets stuck at the SE boot logo? so i tried flashing it with the flash tool and it says i need usb debugging on and i cant turn debugging mode on due to the fact that the phone it self wont fully boot up ?hmm im stuck :/?

use SEUS to get back to stock ROM. that process is before you need to see SE logo. or this solution:

To the OP, your X10 I'd probably not bricked as it is virtually impossible to brick an X10.
If you have xRecovery installed and you can get to the SE boot logo then enter recovery and reflash.
If you do not have recovery then do as Arnold suggested and repair via SEUS or PCC.

Swyped from my CM7-ZMOD 2.3.5 X10i

Debugging mode is only for a phone in turned on state.
When you flash the device you do it in Flash mode which has nothing to do with debugging mode on or off.

FlashTool isn't that hard to understand.

Press the "Flash" button.
Select firmware from list (check/uncheck flash userdata)
Press OK, and put the X10 in flash mode (holding the back button when turned off and plugging it in the computer).
