Problems With Sync

Hi,

I've never been very happy with my xperia and now it is having to go back a 2nd time in less than 12 months is not helping its cause any!!!! This time I have the chance to save the info on the phone whereas last time it just died! I have a link sent to me by the custoer service at O2 for the sync process but it won't work.... I'm beyond frustrated and have no clue what I'm doing............

Please can someone tell me where I'm going wrong... My PC is stating I don't have Microsoft! And the mount ,essages etc onmmy phone are freaking me out....

This is rambling...

What are you trying to sync, what program are you trying to run?

PC Companion?
SEUS?
