Any news on the 2.3 update for O2 in the U.K?

I just came back from a two week holiday I was certain the update would be up on o2 check today and nothing, are we the only two on here which have o2 what did the rest of ya do whats going on?

Flashed generic 2.1, got update emmidiatly.

It's the only guaranteed way to get it, O2 along with the other carriers/providers could take a long a they want to release the update.
Infact it makes more sense for them not to release it, leaving your phones software outdated makes you want a new phone more.
Mobile phone providers/carriers are not obliged to provide an update!

Use Flashtool to flash a generic ROM and then update, it's very easy.

The O2 UK team will be bringing it out shortly. O2 Ireland and Germany has already released it some time ago.
