Forwarding a contact

Hi , quick question, how do I forward details of someone in my contact list , can seem to find an option? (X10 mini pro)


And a longer question , is there anyway to un-install apps when they don't offer that option ....Road Sync , which I don't use seems to start up off its own accord all the time. I'd rather remove it altogether than keep killing the app.

I did not found a solution to forward a contact.
Strange... this is my first phone that has not that ability.

To uninstall an app you can do the following:
-Go to the app-screen
-klik on left button
-click on third option (option where you can shift your icons)
-go to the right app en click it
-now you kan delete (uninstall) the app

You cab also use an app like "andriod system info" or others to uninstall apps

I don't think you can delete pre-installed apps, sorry!
