Looking for ICQ and Skype chat apps

Nimbuzz is very good app, but I would like to have ICQ/Skype client(s) with options for font size configuration. There is no one at market. Can you advise me such application? It can be even without configuration of fonts, but with font size not less than pre-installed Google Talk.
