leave the phone as new

Are there any possibility to restart the phone as new? because i install the last update on my xperia x10 (i has the same update, but need to leave as new) and now i can't download nothing from market.

yeah. settings -> sd card phone storage -> factory data reset.

I don't think the poster is asking about resetting to factory default, but asking whether can we revert back to the original firmware. If that's the case, the answer is "No" unless you do a debranding.

Had same problem...
Do the firmware-upgrade again. Ignore the fact that you allready have the latest firmware. (it's possible)
Worked for me. I can use the market again. (and I can add contacts again also -> didn't work either)
