Updated to 2.1

I've updated to 2.1 using the Bin4ry flasher, and the first thing i noticed is that the \system\default.prop file is no longer there, it looks like that information has been moved to build.prop.

I'm also wondering how i would go back to official build if i want to in the future. Presumable re-flash back to 1.6, then copy over my original default.prop file, and run the update service?

i believe this issue has been covered in the forums. but i'm too lazy to search for you, so i'll just answer your question. please do not take this for granted tho, when i have time, i will not posts answers. i'll just do my very best to drill searching into the skulls of people who do not know how to search, and that means no answers as well.

what has been speculated is the default.prop is no longer there, but in place, there is a build.prop which seems to have taken over its function. it's under /system. so if you want to go back to the version of your country, either get a build.prop from someone in your country, or get the corresponding numbers and edit the file. do note you need root.

it was actually mentioned here http://www.xperiax10.net/forum/firmware-f6/who-is-going-gone-nordic-for-2-1-t1201.html, which is the topic very near to this. you might want to try the internal search, located at the top right as well. tho it doesn't work very well for some terms... i've already alerted the admin regarding that issue.
