recovery console for X10 2.1

How can I enter recovery console mode in X10 2.1?
Which application will enable it?

i don't think we have a key combination to enter recovery mode. but you can boot into recovery mode by means of an app, quick boot. i've not tested recovery mode yet, i only use it for its reboot function. it has the capability to boot into flash mode as well (??? what for i do not know)

I would like to modify framework.jar which is being used by the device all the time. I understood that the only way of doing it is by entering console recovery mode (not regular recovery).

Sure, the phone is already rooted.
Though, replacing of files in use (such as framework.jar) can be done only in recovery console mode, isn't it?
