On 2.1 AOSP want to restore to stock firmware. Getting Error

I want to give back the phone for warranty purposes. I am following this tutorial :

Getting this error,
Please choose:
1.) 32-Bit Windows XP
2.) 64-Bit Windows XP
3.) 32-Bit Windows Vista/7
4.) 64-Bit Windows Vista/7
Please choose: (1-4): 3
please connect Xperia in flash mode.

Are you using the dual boot version of AOSP 2.1 or did you use xRecovery?

I used xRecovery on stock firmware. I don't think so dual boot version was available for AOSP 2.1.
Well, I wanted to know can I try repairing with PC Comapanion software.

Did you make a back up with xRecovery?

And yes you can just flash it with PCC or SEUS.
